The room we had was immaculately clean and huge with 2 queen size beds. The staff was fairly friendly.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a lovely place for staying in Houston. The personnel is accommodating. The venue has the restaurant for breakfast.

Our experience here was wonderful. The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a calm area, so close to Houston, good restaurants, the Areana theater. The breakfast was delicious and marvellous with an omelet station and Omelette, for instance, we loved everything. The room was immaculate & impressive together with the shower and mini fridge, for instance. In general the service was great.

The continental breakfast here is fantastic and the staff are friendly and very accommodating, making it a great place to stay for a vacation with exceptionally clean rooms.

All the attention from the reception, staff of the restaurant all very well, the beautiful lobby, but should take into account to change them to the housekeeping cart where they carry the cleaning tools, are very large and heavy, and that would help for their health and stay at work, and vacuum more folders on the corridors floors, otherwise very well

The rooms here have a desk perfect for working, and the breakfast is amazing with options like cereal, bacon, and an omelet station.

The facilities

Too much chlorine in the pool and $50 deposit comes back instantly, cleaners could damage something and say it was the guest.

It took about 30 for a pizza I ordered and pool had too much Clorox but everything else was excellent

We booked this hotel for its ideal location near several attractions. The room was large, with basic amenities, including a small fridge and a microwave. The staff was very accommodating, from the helpful front desk to the attentive room service. Other pluses included the free breakfast, which was impressive, and the leisure indoor swimming pool.

Although the hotel is not new, the upkeep and maintenance make it a great spot for a comfortable stay. We would readily recommend this place to family and friends for its friendly staff, good breakfast, and relaxing pool area.

That the room was too big

The curtains were broken, that's an oversight. At night they went at 2 a.m. to touch some women. In the morning they went at 9 in the morning to make the room and wanting to enter the room

Very close to other restaurants and the Galleria. Well laid out and air conditioned rooms with Queen beds and microwave. Attentive personnel. Marvelous location in Houston for a Duran Duran show held in Sugar Land

Rooms were big enough for my year old baby to play aroung and free breakfast was awesome.

Parking is a big hassle and i think side and back doors should be open.so if parking all the way in the back we don't have to walk so much.
